Just 55 miles from Grangeville along Hwy 14 and the South Fork Clearwater River

Sue and I saw an Elk Cow and her 2 cows, across the river, stepping higher on the ridge as we crunched our way to the covered porch to snap new photos of the rustic vacation cabin on Lot 5 with 2.85 Acres (MLS# 109203).   We could not get our camera on them before they disappeared into the tree line above, but it was an exciting moment to see these magnificent creatures.
