River’s Edge is Elk City’s newest subdivision with 12 vacant lots all with American River frontage range in size from 3/4 Acres to 3 Acres. Investors or recreationalists, once you see this well manicured development by Black Swan Development, lined on the perimeter with 3 rail fencing, you’ll fall in love. Spawning grounds for steelhead and salmon are just one of the pristine features of these waterfront lots.
We are awaiting county approval for River’s Edge in Elk City Idaho. Black Swan Development’s Kevin Tomlinson is working through the county requirements to prepare for the announcement of the platt approval when it is received. Sue and I saw an Elk Cow and her 2 cows, across the river, stepping higher on the ridge as we crunched our way to the covered porch to snap new photos of the rustic vacation cabin on Lot 5 with 2.85 Acres (MLS# 109203). We could not get our camera on them before they disappeared into the tree line above, but it was an exciting moment to see these magnificent creatures.
